FOUNDER

30 years experience in the supplier and wholesaler tiers, former VP sales, VP trade development  and VP route to market with an emphasis on Fine wine and luxury spirits previously with SGWS, Diageo and Pernod Ricard based in Florida and NYC.

With more than three decades of executive leadership experience across Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, and The Hart Agency, I’ve led national sales teams, built trade development programs from the ground up, and delivered commercial results in some of the most dynamic categories in wine, spirits, beer, cannabis, and coffee. 


Today, I advise through Spiritual Guidance, a platform built to support operators and investors with strategic insights, commercial strategy, and sales execution. I advise my clients on everything from route-to-market strategy to brand storytelling and beyond. 


Whether leading agency teams in consumer activation or mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, I value dedicating my time to service. I have almost 14 years serving my community on the board at Farmstead Acres and almost five years as a board member and volunteer at a mutual aid organization. With a little help from my friends, I enjoy giving my time and being a trusted partner and advisor within my communities in New York City, Miami Beach, and Connecticut.

PAYMENT

We’re sure you understand how important it is as a small business that you pay the invoices that we send you promptly. We’re also sure you’ll want to maintain a positive working relationship and keep the project moving forward. Upon agreement of terms, we require a 50% retainer, then we will bill the balance upon completion.
